Meet the PUZZLE Poncho in Moss, a hooded poncho knitted entirely by hand in our Istanbul atelier.
PUZZLE is made like its name: panels of different yarns and textures pieced together, soft brushed stripes beside a tight knit, finished with a tie at the neck and long hand-knotted fringe. Because every poncho is knitted by hand from a mix of yarns, the stripes, pattern and texture are different on each one. Yours will be one of one.
Warm without the weight, it falls over a slip dress, a long skirt or a simple base layer, and the oversized hood keeps the cold out on grey city days.

We have one piece ready to ship. When it's gone, you can still order: we will knit yours by hand, and you will receive it in 3–4 weeks.

One size, fits all. As each poncho is made by hand, the length can vary slightly from piece to piece.

All Zhenabia garments are consciously handcrafted in our own atelier in Istanbul, Turkey, in collaboration with women artisans across the country. We embrace ethical, slow fashion and honor fair production processes rooted in love and care.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, beloved! We ship to most countries to bring Zhenabia magic to your sacred wardrobe. Express shipping is free on orders over $450, and for the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, all duties and taxes are already included in our prices. Everywhere else they are paid at checkout, so there is never anything to pay on delivery.
What sizes do you offer?
Our designs have flexible, free-flowing cuts that embrace a wide range of bodies. Most of our garments areone size fits most(XS–L or XS–XL depending on the piece). Specific sizing details are always mentioned in each product description.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed items. If something doesn’t feel aligned, please contact us and we’ll support you with love. Note: Return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
No. For most countries, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and Japan, duties and taxes are already included in our prices. For the few others they are paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How should I care for my Zhenabia pieces?
Each piece is made from delicate, high-vibe fabrics. To preserve their soul, we recommendhand washing in cold waterandair drying in shade. Avoid high heat or ironing on fragile fabrics.
