Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, our trusted shipping partner.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days worldwide

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local conditions


Shipping Rates

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $250

  • For orders under $250, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination


International Shipping & Customs (Important Update)

We offer international shipping worldwide.

As of 31 December 2025, all applicable taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

This means:

  • No additional customs or import fees upon delivery

  • ✅ No unexpected charges from DHL or local customs authorities


Unclaimed Orders & Customs Refusals

If a customer chooses not to accept their order for any reason (including refusal of delivery or unavailability at the delivery address) and the package is returned to us:

  • The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

  • Shipping fees are paid directly to the courier and are non-refundable

This policy allows us to remain sustainable as a small, independent slow-fashion brand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment via our website or directly on the DHL Express website.


Delivery Disclaimer

Zhenabia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operations

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Local delivery issues beyond our control
