For orders under $250, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination
International Shipping & Customs (Important Update)
We offer international shipping worldwide.
As of 31 December 2025, all applicable taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
This means:

✅ No unexpected charges from DHL or local customs authorities
Unclaimed Orders & Customs Refusals
If a customer chooses not to accept their order for any reason (including refusal of delivery or unavailability at the delivery address) and the package is returned to us:

The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Shipping fees are paid directly to the courier and are non-refundable
This policy allows us to remain sustainable as a small, independent slow-fashion brand.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
