Because each country’s regulations are different, we believe in being fully transparent so there are no surprises. 🌿

📦 Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship from Turkey or Dubai, depending on where your piece is currently stocked.

💌 Shipping Rates

  • Free DHL Express Shipping on all orders $250 USD and above

  • Orders below $250 USD: Flat $20 USD worldwide

⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe & Middle East: 2–5 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Australia & Asia-Pacific: 4–8 business days

⚖️ Customs & Import Taxes (Important Update)

As of 31 December 2025, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

This means:

  •  No additional customs or import fees upon delivery

  •  No unexpected payment requests from DHL or local customs authorities

Your order will arrive ready to receive, with everything already taken care of at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives faulty

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and issued accordingly

  • Some remote areas may incur a DHL remote area surcharge — we’ll notify you in advance if applicable
