At Zhenabia, every order is shipped by a trusted express courier (FedEx, UPS or Aramex, depending on your destination): fast, secure and fully trackable.

Because each country's rules are different, we believe in being fully transparent, so there are no surprises. 🌿

✨ Duties & taxes included

For most countries we ship to, the price you see is the price you pay:

  • All import duties and taxes (VAT/GST) are already included in our prices

  • Nothing is added at checkout, apart from shipping on orders under $650

  • Nothing to pay on delivery, and no payment requests from the courier or customs

Included countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Czechia, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Israel.

For all other countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is still nothing to pay on delivery.

📦 Processing time

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship from Turkey or Dubai, depending on where your piece is currently stocked.

💌 Shipping rates

  • Free express shipping on orders of $650 and above

  • Orders below $650: flat $20 worldwide

⏳ Estimated delivery times

  • Europe & Middle East: 2–5 business days

  • USA & Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Australia & Asia-Pacific: 4–8 business days

(Delivery times may vary slightly due to local delivery conditions.)

🔄 Returns & exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives faulty

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and issued accordingly

  • Some remote areas may incur a courier remote area surcharge. We'll let you know in advance if this applies.
